Tim was a pleasure to deal with. Evan though Tim had quite a large portfolio of properties (which came of no surprise) he worked hard to present, promote and ultimately sell our home at a price we were happy with. We felt part of the whole process.

Tania was our property manager for 3 out of the 4 years we rented though Neville Richard's.
She was a absolute credit to her industry.
Always friendly, helpful, organized and professional .
We were actually happy to see her whenever she came to inspect.
Very sad, that when we needed to move we could not find anything suitable with her again at the time.
We would happily rent though her again or use her to manage our future properties.....
She always seemed to be able to communicate effectively with both.
